Alaric Sales

Alaric “Alex” began his career from the bottom as a lot porter at Napa Ford in 2005, and worked his way up to become the limo program manager with sales of Lincoln Town Car Executive L, Navigator L, Expedition and DaBryan / Tuscany built Ford Econoline passenger vans. Since the demise of the Lincoln Town Car, Alaric had met the former owner of Team Superstores through a community outreach event and proposed the start-up of their limo program. His knowledge and expertise led to the Bay Area’s largest volume of Chevrolet / Cadillac vehicle sales to limousine companies who use them for wine tours and airport transportation.

Alaric joins MCCOY with a love for cars, technology, and people. He is an avid collector of hot wheels and loves to attend automotive events. He is often found socializing with the Diablo Region Porsche Club and loves to make desserts in his spare time. Alaric is also behind our social media and is our MCCOY Genius.

Craig Sandler

Craig moved to the Bay Area in 1998 from Philadelphia to accept a position as Sales Manager with LIVE 105 (KITS 105.3). Then his passion for wine took over as he turned an avocation into a vocation and operated Solano Cellars Wine Shop and Tasting Bar in Berkeley. In 2006, Craig joined Cartelligent Auto Brokers where he had a long and rewarding career. When business associates Rick Brenner and Rich Gasaway were looking to expand the business, Craig joined forces with MCCOY in 2018

Recognized throughout his career for a detailed and comprehensive approach to customer service, Craig has built a stellar reputation for quickly identifying the needs of his clients and guiding them throughout each stage of the buying process. Craig’s approach to business has produced numerous satisfied customers as well as long-term relationships with business partners and dealers throughout California.

Rich Gasaway

Rich is a California native who’s been in the Bay Area since 2001. He spent most of his career with Mercedes-Benz before starting MCCOY in 2014. He believes the concept of MCCOY is to offer real value and service, something he thinks is really missing in business today. He enjoys using his background in automotive finance to assist clients through the car buying process and seeing them excited on the day it comes to take delivery of their new vehicle. Once the work is completed, you’ll find him raising two kids and riding bikes. Additionally, he follows European Football, World Cup Mountain biking, and the Warriors.

Rick Brenner

Rick has been in the automotive business for 30 years. He began his career selling Dodge and became the number one Dodge salesperson in the Eastern United States. He then went on to run the sales operation for Mercedes-Benz dealerships both in Maryland and the Bay Area. Rick’s focus has always been on customer service and relationship building – he strives to exceed his clients’ expectations and is available 24/7 for any needs that may arise. The automobile business is a part of Rick’s heritage, as his father wrote the original motor vehicle safety standards. Rick and his wife Lisa live in Marin County. He is an avid sports fan and loves live music of all types.

VP of People Experience

Otis has been with MCCOY Auto Brokers for 2 years. He started out as Door Greeter and quickly discovered his true passion and was promoted to his current role as VP of People Experience. When he’s not in meetings, mapping out his next great idea, you’ll find Otis making the rounds spending quality face time with each client that comes through our door. His top priorities are client engagement, recruitment, and belly rubs. Otis is essential to servicing the overall mission here at MCCOY Auto Brokers, crafting a one of kind car buying experience.
